Timing and Delivery
Purchased products will be sent through the United States Postal System between 3-6 weeks from the time of processing. Shipping and handling charges are always listed next to the price of the product or service when applicable.

Return and Refund Policy
Synergy Development & Training, LLC stands by its work and shared knowledge and services. Due to fraud and the ability to ‘copy and return’, Synergy Development & Training, LLC will only accept returns that are related to damaged products. If your product or cd/dvd is damaged and you are not satisfied with your Synergy Development & Training, LLC, please call 703-752-7588 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. The product must be returned to the Synergy Development & Training, LLC warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. You can only be refunded in the same manner you purchased the product and a telephone discussion with a Synergy Development & Training, LLC representative is required as a first step to initiate this process.
