"There are two dilemmas that rattle the human skull: How do you hang on
to someone who won't stay? And how do you get rid of someone who won't
go?" -- Danny Devito --------
I don't know about you, but when I saw this quote today I had to laugh. If you are celebrating Thanksgiving with a very large group of people, there is a chance this may ring true...maybe if you are at a small event too, who knows. This is a special Thanksgiving edition in hopes to help a few people get through the holidays without aging or losing it!

Dave Gerber's One of a Kind"Synergy" Sand Film...
"Viewing the sand film was a unique and innovative
way to key into the theme of Dave Gerber's presentation to our annual
state league staff workshop. It brought home the point that anything
worth creating -- and worth creating well -- has to be done at the
right pace and with a team of people who can work well together. Our
meeting attendees very much enjoyed the film and the way it so
beautifully connected to the theme of Dave's talk."
-- Scott A. Morris, Manager, State League Programs National League of Cities

Dave Gerber is an internationally known speaker, trainer, author, consultant and leadership coach. As an expert in organizational and interpersonal conflict, he has helped dozens of organizations and over 15,000 people use conflict to impact relationships, increase success and revenue!
Recently stated about Dave:
"Dave Gerber is a quality act and top professional. He has staked out
conflict resolution as his primary area of focus. We all know that conflict is unpleasant,
disruptive, counterproductive, vexing and a general pain for a manager
or leader - but we do not typically know the COST of not dealing with
conflict: and this is a typical course of action.
Dave has developed a simple tool to put dollar-signs on conflict and
has a full arsenal of tools to help individuals and firms deal
successfully with its resolution. I have had the benefit of Dave's
services at times and have served shoulder to shoulder with him on
joint projects. He is a quality professional, driven to get
client-oriented results and developing internal company resources to
ensure resolution of future conflict.
Some of the HR and behavioral science consultants are merely reading
from the books, Gerber is writing the books and sharing his knowledge
and insight broadly with the business community."
