How does it work?
- In a non-judgmental environment
the participant gets the opportunity
to work through specific conflicts
and build internal capacity to address
professional and personal conflict
more effectively. Individuals discover
not only the valuable answers to
essential questions they had coming
into the Academy, but the skills
to create different emotional states
and behaviors in the moment and
replicate through self-coaching.
- We start by getting to know more
about each other on the first call.
On this call we will also discuss
an overview of the Academy and the
coaching relationship, 360 Degree
Feedback, Goal Design and whatever
else is on your mind.
- We will continue with calls and
information exchanges through to
a mid-point session where we will
address the goals, keep at them
or modify them and create new ones
because of your successes.
- We will then move through the
monthly sessions (please see the
"Included" section) to
a tentative completion date where
you get to decide if we continue
or close down our Journey, either
to continue working on stated objectives
or new ones.
- Coaching relationship and telephonic
coaching sessions for 9 months.
